Mr. Prapat had an experience in auditing with Ernst & Young Co. Ltd. More than 4 years and another 6 years in investment banking and tax consultant field in Listed Securities Company. He has involved in a number of transactions serving multinational and local large corporations in various industries such as corporate banking, real estate, retail business, manufacturing and service.

He is a specialist in areas of merger and acquisition, buy-side and sell-side due diligence business review, audit field and industry research advice the corporate in term of specific case such as tax structure, loan review, working capital management.

He was one of the Audit Committee and Independent Committee for Public Company Limited.
