Yongjun founded the firm in 2011 and currently held the role of a managing partner. He has more than 25 years of accounting and public accounting experience in China and Singapore. Before relocating to Singapore, he held senior management position with a large-scale state-owned China company.
He is proficient with the accounting standards, taxation systems and related laws of both China and Singapore as well as the business practices of both countries. In his leadership, the firm has grown rapidly in recent years. His strong business acumen enabled him to give sound and practical advice to businesses both in Singapore and in China.
Yongjun had been the audit partner for entities in oil and gas, commodities trading, retail, construction, manufacturing, property development, investment holdings etc. These clients have operations across China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore etc.

Joanna has experience in tax compliance, advisory, training and transfer pricing projects. She had completed Advanced Tax Programme (Executive Programme Level III) organised by the Tax Academy of Singapore in 2017 and attained competency in Advanced Certificate in Training Assessment (ACTA) awarded by the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) in 2019. She is also an adjunct lecturer teaching Singapore Taxation modules for ACCA and Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification programs.
Joanna was formerly the Head of Academic & Strategic Partnership of Kaplan Financial before moving onto full-time tax practice. She led and managed the academic team to achieve academic standards and was also a member of the Examination Board.
