client for bond issuing process, merger and acquisition, and debt restructuring. He has also appointed as partner in charge for auditing several public companies. He also experiences in auditing, set up accounting information system, compilation services for clients, and bookkeeping of not-for-profit-organizations such as Palang Merah Indonesia, Catholic Relief Services and CETRO.

Agung Siswantoro is an accountant, graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi Negara, Jakarta. In his 22 years’ experience, he has done a complete range of finance services, from accounting, auditing, system and procedure development including ERP implementation, to finance and tax advisory services. He has deal with various industries from trading and distribution, logistics, multi finance, to automotive.

Nyoman Sumariata is an accountant, graduated from Universitas Udayana. In his more than 15 years’ experience, he has been rendering auditing, accounting services, system and procedures development and financial advisory services for domestic and multinational organization. He has experience in dealing with various industries from trading, insurance, pension fund, forestry, property, steel, textile, cooperative, to hospitality.

Hasbi Setyadji graduated from the faculty of Economy, University of Indonesia with degree in Accountancy. He worked with Registered Public Accountant Cooper and Lybrand from 1975 to 1978 and Registered Public Accountant Hanadi Rahardja & Co. from 1978 to 1985 as Supervisor and Registered Public Accountant Hanadi Sudjendro associated with KPMG from 1986 to 1998 as Senior Manager. In 1999, he joined Registered Public Accountant Drs. Dedy Saefudin with the position as non signing partner. He has registered in Ikatan Akauntan Indonesia (Indonesian Accountant Association) and since November 2011, he joined registered Public Accountant Nugroho & Rekan with the position as manager.
