Temporary Closure of SSM Websites - Corporate Registry System (CRS)
SSM is temporarily closing down its system, including both online and counter submissions from 7 July
2026 to 14 July 2026. This is to enable
SSM to carry out final preparations of
the implementation of Corporate Registry System (CRS).
Since SSM will close its systems from 7 July 2026 until the implementation of CRS on 14 July 2026, will SSM grant an exemption from late lodgement fees?
The answer is YES. SSM will grant an exemption of late lodgement fees from 14 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 for submission under CRS.
Due to this temporary closure, we are unable to make any submissions at the moment until further notice.
